ABSI adheres to strict guidelines when it comes to Customer Service.  We take our Standards of Performance very seriously and never forget that we exist because of our clients.

Response to our client inquiries:
  • Our staff answers 90% of telephone calls by the 2nd ring
  • Voicemail messages are returned within 1 hour
  • Email messages are responded to within 4 hours

Renewal Processing:

  • ABSI will issue a renewal notice 90 days before the renewal date to alert the client
  • ABSI will shop the coverage with appropriate insurance carriers 60 days prior to the renewal and spreadsheet those results for ease of reading by the client
  • ABSI will review the alternatives with the client 45 days prior to the renewal

Occassionally renewals are delayed by the carriers themselves but we do everything in our power to ease the  renewal process for our clients.
